Q: How can you offer such professional looking results for so much less than advertising agencies?
A: Simple, we do everything in-house and your project is not passed from one person to another to do different things such as copy writing, website design and development, graphic design, search engine optimization seo, creative direction, etc.

Q: What is your hourly rate?
A: While most agencies charge somewhere in the neighborhood of $75.00 to $150.00/hour, we charge $35.00/hour for all services.

Q: How is price determined?
A: At Expert Design we charge by the hour for all services. Whether you need a piece built from scratch or you give us a lot to work with, we will work as efficiently as possible to minimize your cost. After the initial free consultation we give you an estimate of how many hours we expect to put in on the project based on what we have discussed and this is all you will pay even if the project runs over.

Q: What is the deal with the WWF logo?
A: Expert Design is a proud supporter of the World Wildlife Fund. This organization is dedicated to protecting the World's wildlife and endangered species. Please consider visiting their site and making a donation yourself, remember animals do not have a voice, and we must protect them.

Q: Why don't you guarantee SEO?
The reason search engine optimization or SEO for short, is not guaranteed is because we do not own the search engines. We have no idea what Google or MSN may choose to do tomorrow in terms of rankings. What we can tell you, is our SEO process will give you better rankings than you currently have, and most of clients will eventually end up at the top of search engine results on some key words and phrases.
